Doug is the Managing Broker for Qual-Cap focused on driving a superior client experience. Doug has an extensive lending background and has held senior leadership positions at ArchWest, Temple View Capital, Citadel Mortgage Services, 5 Arch, PennyMac, IndyMac, Countrywide Financial and Privlo, a pioneer fintech Non QM start up. He is a recognized mortgage finance industry expert featured in segments on CNBC, CNN, Fox News, USA Today, US News and World Report, and the Wall Street Journal. Doug has a BA in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

 Jacob is a dedicated mortgage expert serving the great state of Texas. With a strong commitment to helping clients navigate the mortgage process, Jacob loves to answer questions and make your home financing journey as smooth as possible. 

Jacob has a  B.A. in Biblical Studies from The Master's University, a M.A. in Philosophy from Biola University, a M.A. in Systematic Theology from Biola University and is working on his Ph.D. in Systematic Theology at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary

Outside of work, you’ll find Jacob playing with his two boys, JD (3) and Dalton (1), or catching a baseball or hockey game. Jacob’s family currently attends The Parks Church McKinney, where they enjoy serving and participating in a supportive community.
